Rooms were cleaned and very spacious, with all the essential and more. Bed comfortable was comfortable and the room in general had a nice modern setting. I really enjoyed my stay at Le Terrazze di Bellavista

We had a very good stay at Le Terrazze di Bellavista. The accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained. One of its strongest advantages is the level of security: access to the main gate, the building entrance and the room is controlled by an electronic key card, so we felt very safe throughout our stay.
The location was also convenient for us. Poetto Beach can be reached in less than 30 minutes on foot, which made it possible to enjoy the beach without always needing a car.
Communication in English was very limited, which made some situations more difficult. The minibar was quite basic and all of its contents were charged separately, including drinking water and coffee capsules. The refrigerator in our room also did not cool particularly well.
Breakfast was served at a café located away from the accommodation. The breakfast voucher included only one coffee and one sweet pastry. Savoury options, such as a croissant with ham and cheese, were not included, which made the breakfast feel rather limited.
We were also charged an additional €30 for a late check-in, which felt quite high. Our room did not offer any particularly attractive view either.
Overall, however, we had a very positive stay. The excellent cleanliness, comfort and especially the high level of security outweighed the drawbacks, although there is still some room for improvement regarding communication, breakfast, the minibar and the late check-in fee.
