In a wonderful location, right in the center, very cozy, beautiful, stylish hotel. The beds are comfortable, everything works perfectly, clean, tidy. The staff is very helpful, pleasant. Good breakfast on the terrace. I liked everything very much. I recommend it.

Excellent location right above the popular Bam Bar.
Very comfortable rooms and great facilities.
Outstanding service from John, who was very helpful and attentive even before our arrival.
Underwhelming breakfast with a limited selection of items.
Lack of instructions regarding refrigerated items (we had to figure out on our own that there was a fridge with kept items).
Some breakfast tables sit in direct sunlight later in the morning, making it uncomfortable to sit outside.

The location is good, but only that.
We had a big issue with the bath and the water came out to the whole room. The service said that they repaired it one month ago. We could not believe this after seeing the walls of the room all humid from day 1. The rooms are not in good condition and the price is to high for the quality.
It should be downgraded or the price should go down. Not professional hotel standards for the high price.
Unfortunately this is Italy, you pay for location and bad quality to be compensated with „good service“.
