Property was spotless, excellent central location, very well soundproofed rooms.

The auberge is exactly that— an inn that forms part of a highly regarded Michelin restaurant. The standard of accommodation is more like that of a chambre d’hotes, but the rates are similar to a 5 star hotel. Decoration of rooms is quite basic, and there are no real hotel services or visible staff. For the room rate I was expecting much, much more.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the exceptional welcome from our hosts, whose kindness, generosity, and professionalism are simply outstanding. Their genuine warmth, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail create a truly special atmosphere. This is hospitality at its very finest! Our room was absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated, wonderfully comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Every little detail had clearly been carefully considered to ensure a perfect stay. Breakfast was a pure delight: generous, delicious, and prepared with top-quality ingredients. A wonderful way to start each morning! And what can we say about dinner? An absolutely extraordinary gastronomic experience! The cuisine is exceptionally creative, with bold yet perfectly balanced combinations of flavours and dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. Every course is a delightful discovery, a celebration of finesse, imagination, and culinary artistry. A standing ovation for such remarkable talent in the kitchen!
