The B&B is situated just at the start of the Centro Storico, at a walking distance from the main beaches and not too deep in the busier part of the town (meaning quiet sleeps). There are a couple of good parking spaces 10/15 mins walking from the place.
The host could have explained a bit better how the parking app worked since it's not very intuitive. The parking was not as close as expected when reading previous reviews.

The room was nice, there is an elevator which is nice.
No parking anywhere close so be prepared for a hike if you’re driving.
