Located in Budoni, this charming villa for $184 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Semi-detached villa situated 150 metres far from the beach and 400 metres from the centre of the village. All the main facilities (bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants) easily and quickly reachable (not more than 800 metres far). The villa is on two floors. It has a wide living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ( 1 service bathroom and 1 full bathroom), and two living verandas (one on the first floor, one on the ground floor). First Floor: 2 bedrooms+ 1 full bathroom+1 living veranda Ground floor: Wide living room + Kitchen + 1 service bathroom + living veranda. Traumhafte Lage in schöner Villa
Die Villa liegt der Beschreibung entsprechend nah am wunderschönen Strand von Budoni. Budoni selbst ist ein sehr netter Ort mit guten Restaurants, auch alles fussläufig zu erreichen, und einem Nachtmarkt (zumindest zur Hauptsaison). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, großzügig geschnitten, mit einem einfachen aber schönen Garten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Da Sardinien für uns eine der schönsten Insel überhaupt ist, werden wir bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Das perfekte Haus
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Auch die Anlage hinter dem Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr schön ist auch die Nähe zum Strand. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter nur empfehlen!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Rosa. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und der Kontakt mit Pasqualle und seiner Schwester war reibungslos und sehr nett.
Wir haben uns in der Villa Rosa sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren blitzsauber. Das W-lan hat super funktioniert und wir hatten auch deutsches Fernsehen.Die Lage zum Strand ist einfach super.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
Einziger Abzugspunkt ist der fehlende Ofen. Als Toaster muss ein Sandwich Maker herhalten. Ich denke das könnte man besser lösen. Und der Schrank im Wohnzimmer ist etwas muffig.

Villa rosa - budoni
la propriété a de nombreux atouts proximité de la mer, jardin, terrasse et barbecue agréables, mais les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas géniaux et peuvent être améliorés avec par exemple une cafetière type Nespresso . Les couverts et la vaisselle sont un peu vétustes ( ex saladiers et manches de couteaux en plastique ... ) et pas d'essoreuse à salade.

Top-Lage für Badeurlaub!
Super Lage: zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar! Toll ist der fast uneinsehbare Garten mit Außendusche, Grill und Waschmaschine. Selbst Wäscheleine und Wäscheständer mit Klammern sind vorhanden.
Das Haus ist doch schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen...die Einrichtung ist etwas abgenutzt, vor allem die Betten bedürfen einer baldigen Erneuerung.
Alles in allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt - obwohl uns die Mücken nicht verschont haben. Also unbedingt Insektenspray mitnehmen!

Clean house, lovely garden, great location
House is plain, but clean and comfortable. (One issue - you need a proper, bigger kettle and a plug socket in the kitchen for it - the one socket in kitchen is used for microwave and couldn’t be removed. It’s not safe around children to boil water on a low table in living room.) The beach is wonderful and moments away. We visited end of October at half term and (despite assurances that most places would be open) all but one of the beach bars and restaurants were closed for the season.

Schönes ruhiges Haus in Strandnähe
Wir verbrachten mit unseren Kindern eine schöne Zeit in Budoni. Da das Haus sehr nah am Strand liegt, war es für uns optimal. Auch der schöne Garten wurde von unseren Kindern gerne zum spielen genutzt.

Clean, great location, beautiful garden, great for kids
This clean and well kept villa was the perfect spot for our Budoni vacation. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. The beautiful garden and terrace was wonderful for our 3 year old. There was a washing machine as well, an added bonus when traveling with young children. Pasquale was helpful and professional. Overall a wonderful experience!

Komfortables Haus an idealer Lage
Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern in diesem Haus. Der Garten ist umzäunt und ideal zum entspannt draussen Spielen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Die Strasse vor dem Haus führt lediglich zum nahen Strand. Dieser ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Direkt beim schönen Strand mündet ein Bach ins Meer, welcher für die Kinder eine willkommene Abwechslung zum Bauen von Dämmen gab.
Der Besitzer spricht englisch und ist äusserst freundlich. Schlüsselübergabe und Rückerstattung der Kaution erfolgten total unkompliziert.
Da wir im April in Budoni waren, schalteten wir auch einige Male die Heizung an, welche das Haus rasch angenehm wärmte.
Das saubere Haus ist ideal für 4 Personen und verfügt über die nötige Einrichtung; auch die Küche zum Kochen für 4 Personen. Abends grillten wir jedoch sowieso meistens im Garten. Das kleine Klo im Erdgeschoss ist trotz seiner Tiefe benutzbar.
Als Willkommensgeschenk stand eine Früchteschale bereit.
Für Internet stellte uns der Besitzer einen mobile Hotspot zur Verfügung, welcher bei einem Anbieter im Dorf aufgeladen werden musste. Ein dauerhafter Internetanschluss wäre auch gerade die einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit. Für den Preis ist das Haus aber wirklich top und wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed for a week in Villa Rosa in july .It is very close to the beach and centrally located in a Budoni town where the people are friendly and gracious in a beautiful part of Sardinia. The Villa was exactly as described, is very confortable, well equiped and thought. Everything is perfect and you feel just like home and It was scrupulously clean. Pasquale is very helpful, answering your questions and giving you advice and tips. The Patios covered outside are very relaxing and nice to have a drink of red wine on the sunset. there is air conditioning in every room. the garden is large and well cared and it was much appreciated by my children.
Budoni beach is amazing and safe for the children.

Ein Wohlfühlhaus!
Dass wir nächstes Jahr zum dritten Mal in Folge dieses Haus bewohnen wollen, sagt eigentlich schon alles. Die Villa Rosa ist -- jedenfalls gilt das für die Nachsaison -- sehr ruhig gelegen, nur fünf Gehminuten von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt, dazu für Ausflüge in strategischer Position. Die Installation einer effektiv arbeitenden und gut regelbaren Klimaanlage war ein großer Gewinn für dieses Haus!
Der Vermieter Pasquale ist (ebenso wie seine freundliche Mutter Antonella) äußerst hilfsbereit, sorgt für prompte Behebung auftretender Mängel und die Erfüllung von etwaigen Wünschen und greift Verbesserungsvorschläge (z.B. bezüglich des TV-Empfangs) bereitwillig auf.
Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Haus!

Hintere Doppelhaushälfte mit wunderschönem Garten und einer hervorragenden Größe für einen 4köpfigen Familienurlaub. Die Terrasse und der Balkon sind traumhaft und die große Privatsphäre des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, nur ein bisschen abgenutzter. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber und bietet alles was einen Urlaub rundum angenehm macht, sogar ein DVD-Player war vorhanden. Die Betreuung während des Buchungsvorgangs und auch die Begrüßung vor Ort waren sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Eine Tasche mit „Erstversorgung“ an Mineralwasser, Toilettenpapier und sogar Duschgel war auch vorhanden. So etwas hatten wir bisher noch nie erlebt, vielen lieben Dank dafür.

Allerdings gab es auch ein paar Punkte, die wir nicht verheimlichen wollen. Das Gäste-WC ist wirklich renovierungsbedürftig. Die Stehhöhe des Raumes beträgt nur ca. 160 cm und wenigstens eine Toilettenbrille (nicht nur ein Deckel) wäre sehr schön. Ein 2. Nachtschränkchen im „Elternschlafzimmer“ sowie eine 2. Nachttischlampe im Kinderzimmer wären schön gewesen.
Ein rundum sehr schönes Haus welches wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen, wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl und würden gerne nochmals einen Urlaub in der Villa Rosa verbringen.

Hintere Doppelhaushälfte mit schönem Garten. Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr nahe am schönen Strand in Budoni, die Geschäfte und Restaurants von Budoni sind in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Doppelhauses ist ausreichend und teilweise etwas überholungsbedürftig . Sehr nette Betreuung der Buchung und vor Ort. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Sardinien.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large sun balcony. The family who own the villa were very helpful and met us on arrival at Budoni to show us round the villa. Cows were lowing in the field that backs onto the garden and it really felt like we'd escaped to the country.
Budoni itself is beautiful, with a vast undeveloped beach backed by mountains and featuring a main road with two mini-marts and numerous bars, restaurants and shops. We visited Sardina in the English school easter holidays and it was great to find that Budoni is not overrun by Brits abroad and the waiters in the restaurants don't speak english. A true sense of travel!
The villa is in an ideal location, in a very quiet road, 2 minutes walk from the beach and approx 10 mins from the main road restaurants.
Travelling as a family of 5 (two adults and children aged 6, 8 & 9), we had a wonderful holiday in sardinia and hope to return.

The contact person, Pasquale, is super friendly and super helpful. The property is as described and the photographs are accurate, so there are no surprises. The house is away from the street, so you don't hear the traffic. The supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away, therefore our car was optional during our stay. The yard is pretty and the oleander are beautiful!

oranization and planning was very easy and upon arrival everything worked out perfectly. we were welcomed by annamaria and her mother who gave us a tour of the house and instructions.
the house itself is located right next to the beach and has little garden which possibilies for barbecue and relaxing. it is not visilbe from the street and gives you great privacy.
kitchen is fully equipped and several supermarkets are closeby to prepare excellet food from local product. the local butcher near cafe maria and the bakery on via nazionale provide you with an excellent selection of local food. take away pizzeria, also on via nationale, serves large and very tasty pizzas.
the weather was very mixed, with several days of really cold evenings but we were prepared and had appropiate clothing at hand.
For visiting tourist sights it was a little bit too early in the season, since most attrations open only in April, oder even later. the overall scenery, driving around on the west coast near bosa, really made up for it.
Value for money wise, this little gem gets 5 stars from a now very relaxed couple from Berlin, Germany.

Sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, sehr dicht zum Strand, fast das letzte Haus in der Straße.Man hat den Garten nach hinten heraus für sich, schön auch zum draußen sitzen und grillen.Haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Großer ausgedehnter Strand.Gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter, seine Schwester und seine Mutter wohnen direkt im Ort. Uns ist einmal die Sicherung herausgeflogen, als wir Ofen und Warmwasserboiler zeitgleich in Betrieb hatten, und wir konnten den Sicherungskasten nicht finden. Keine 10 Minuten später war seine Schwester da, und hat den Strom wieder eingeschaltet. (Für alle Fälle: der Hauptschalter ist vorn an der Straße, rechts vor dem Tor.)Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen: Supermarkt sowie zahlreiche andere Geschäfte sind am Anfang der Straße (10min zu Fuß), Restaurants sind im Ort und direkt am Strand.Ideal für entspannten Familienurlaub. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Strandwanderungen und Ausflugstouren.

got a new kettle on the second day of our stay! Sitting on the balcony of the house in the evening with a glass of wine is a real treat and should not be missed. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
The beach is fantastic and it was easy to find a not so crowded region even end of July. Ideally suited for holidays with small kids.

We've got a warm welcome by the owner of the villa. She gave us a lot of instructions and descriptions relevant to the house and the location. We got a handy number for possible questions during the vacations as well. The villa was very clean with a wonderfull privat garden, surrounded by blooming oleander. The beach is easy reachable by foot even if the children are 2 and 4 years old. For shopping or drinking coffee in Budoni's center you better rent a bicycle if you don't like to go by car. Attention: If you want to rent a bicycle with children seat you have to drive to San Teodoro.
Finally I want to say thanks to Antonella for their help during our technical problems with the car on the day of departure.

The town is absolutely gorgeous! This is the real seaside experience I was looking foward in a long time. The house is clean and has a well kept garden that allows you to enjoy the outside at sunset with some vino!
The owner were very helpful and gave excellent suggestions on local restaurants and cafes.

Lovely Stay, Lovely Views, Lovely People!
What a glorious location! So near the sea and lovely beaches, great sea views from the jasmine covered balcony, close to a great bakery and super restaurants that cater for everybody. A lovely welcome from the owner's sister (the owner couldn't be there to meet us unfortunately) who were very accommodating and even organised us a cab to and from the airport when they don't usually make such arrangements - really useful for five women who were getting away from it all, didn't want to hire a car and only wanted to lie on the beach, which we did very effectively! The better beach restaurant was the second one - I can't remember the name - beside Angelo's Calla Budoni sunlounger rental. Angelo himself was a gem, really helpful and friendly, and the little beach side restaurant served wonderful, simple pastas and panini all day, pizzas at night. The best restaurant for evening eats by far was Medeus, a 10 minute walk away up the main street. Red wine drinkers will need to try the house red (Euro 10) which was better than anything I have tasted in Britain no matter how much I've paid. Food came with legs, antennae, wonderful home cut potatoes and in plentiful quantites with great service. There were only three small drawbacks: no kettle! A big deal for the British; no basic household supplies such as washing up liquid or toilet roll which you don't want to buy on a short trip; and the drain, particularly in the downstairs toilet, absolutely reeked first thing in the morning though I think this may be something to do with the tides and therefore unavoidable. This certainly shouldn't put you off going as the town and the villa's location are really great, and the Succus are lovely to deal with. We will come again!
