Cheap but not value for money

The resort has all inclusive concept, has water slides, pool and lobby bar, etc.

Staff is not at all trained to manage the all inclusive concept. Although the property is rated as 4 star the services are nowhere close. Indeed, the hotel staff is putting food but they are not bothered to service (provide water, any changes or feedback on food). Pool area is very compact.

Very good

Nice room, spacious and there was good sea view. Comfortable bed. Good service by the staff.

The drinks were not good and the variety was limited considering the all-inclusive package.

Amazing, can’t wait to go back!

The room was a great size with a lovely view. Lots of bars and snack bars. The lobby bar open 24hr which was great! Food was nice and lots of variety. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. Lots of activities, and it was so much fun. The entertainment was also really good.

Had to get a shuttle to the beach but this wasn’t really an issue for us, just something to note.

Exceeded every expectation!

Hotel very clean, food amazing and entertainment team create a great atmosphere! We booked as a last minute getaway and was very pleasantly surprised as reviews were mixed. Not a bad word to say about this hotel, would 110% recommend.

Wi-Fi could of been better, noise at night but to be expected in such a big hotel!

Nice, but needs few touchups and repairs.

Arriving at the hotel, we were politely welcomed and taken to our rooms. Ours was ok, could have been cleaned better, but was fine. The pool and the water facilities were great, they were clean and were entertaining for the kids. The food was great, there was a great variety of different foods ( veggies, cheese, meat, starters, side dishes and main). It was well prepared and different every day, the deserts were ok as well. The beach was ok, it was a bit dirty, but the water was very clean and nice to slim in. Lastly the Turkish restaurant is fantastic. The food was traditionally prepared and very tasty and the staff was great.

The main thing that we did not like at all, was the fact that the windows were not sound proof at all. It was aways very noisy and in the evening was quite absurd, because there were different shows each day, that continued till 11-11:30pm and it was pretty much as if you are downstairs. And on Booking it says that the rooms are sound proof. The drinks they offer especially the orange juice us a very poor quality and at the breakfast they offer freshly squeezed orange juice which you have to pay for. Also the Italian restaurant is awful. The salads were not freshly made or the salad itself was old and not fresh at all. The risotto was overcooked and the tiramisu was more like a cheese cake. We had a nice time overall, but it is not a place were I would like to go back again.

our room was very clean. most of the meals were tasty. staff was very calm & helpful.

our room was very noisy because of any kind of attraction. wifi was very poor at our room. even wifi connection couldn't established.

very nice view from the balcony , you ca watch the sunset from your private balcony tasty breakfast , big variety awesome staff,smiling to you all the time

the dinner wasn’t so fresh , food quality was below average but they have a very tasty sweets on dinner some people reserve sun beds in the very early morning, you should search a place for you and some times you won’t find ! maybe because we were in the high season and the hotel was full

best choice to destroy vacation

water cut off for 6 hours in afternoon towels wasn't enough launch and dinner time is too short beach was accessible only for 6 hours in day (daylight was 13 hours) staff and specially reception weren't friendly and polite

Won’t go again, unprofessional and arrogant staff

Clean, food

Staff not very friendly, very arrogant, unprofessional and unhelpful. Particularly receptionists and bar personnel. There was no hot water and air conditioning for 6-7 hours, phoned receptionists to enquire unfortunately received arrogant and unapologetic responses. Once went to receptionists to enquire about changing currency, they spoke Turkish together talking about me, telling this guy is going to be a problem, they didn’t know I can understand Turkish.

it was excellent stay. we booked a room with sea view and view was really awesome. personal was friendly, lot's of smile from them everywhere. variety of food was good, - meat, fish vegy and other, espessialy we liked pizza in bar near the pool. waffle time is realle good idea, smells very very nice, you couldn't refuse. the beach was clean and had snacks bar. and some days there was a live music with guitar, men sing very nice, we enjoyed it even from our balcony

just beach far away, it will be better to add to bus schedule more routes, such as at 9 a.m. and maybe each half of hour also some people occupy sunbeds from early morning, sometimes at 8 a.m there wasn't avaliable sunbeds, and this people didn't use it during a day. we could't find available beds sometimes

Stayed there twice, totally recommend.

Nice staff. Entertaining programs. Perfect Dinner. Perfect Breakfast. Loved the the pool side bar with pizza oven and grill. Clean overall. Good spa and massage options. Relax pool. Pool sport program.

Very average quality lunch in the main restaurant. Extremely poor internet connection in the bar and restaurant areas (but fine elsewhere.) Cold drink option at breakfast buffet are limited to sugary fruit drinks and real juice options were missing (unless you pay and waitttt for the fresh squeezed orange juice!).

good value for a ocean view.

good value for a one bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the sea. it’s nice that meals and drinks were included and they have a shuttle to a private beach— even had food and drinks there too. had a taxi stand that we took to ladies beach and pigeon island. all the taxis were about 5euro to most places whether coming from the hotel or in town.

rooms weren’t sound proof, but not paper thin either. I’m a light sleeper and I didn’t lose any sleep. Food for a little repetitive and could tell they were using leftovers at breakfast. Turkish dinner was the best. could use a little more options with their drinks.

Very memorable stay

Hotel is almost new and very clean which is the most important. Quality and diversity of food is amazing. Reception doe's very well and helpful. staff are kind and always ready to help specially in restaurant and bars. rooms are very spacious with balcony. Cable TV is wonderful with lots of channels everywhere specially sports that I could for first on my holiday watch Champions league and Premier League !! I loved that part :) Some of my friends arrived in very early morning and they got their room immediately while the standard check in time is 14:00 I am very thankful for this flexibility and turkish guest hospitality :)

Entertainment and DJ by pools are very noisy. they have every night fun and entertaining programs with very loud voice which is audible in the rooms. that start at 22:00 and ends at 00:00 and this is not what people want during their holiday if they need more calm and sleep. ( some liked it by the way ) and a question: why they don't play any Turkish music at all ?! Swimming pool and (small) aquapark Life Guards Do not care at all what people are doing. They are sitting on chair and show any reactions. I saw many times 3-4 children and adults used an aqua slide together and landed in water while they kicked the others ! Safety first :)

Could have been better.

The food. The buffet was great. Everyday something new. Lots of choices The Coffee was good at the pastry parlour. Hairdresser was great. Swimmingpool area for adults.

Housekeeping was not good. We stay for 3 weeks and our room was never properly clean. (dirt/no toilete paper/they drink tea an left the the tea bag on the sink etc. People screeming and yelling outside till 3am but management did not do anything to stop it. Airconditioning not working properly, was never repair. The breakfast was till 11am, but English Breakfast was only open till 10am. Property needs a serious updating.

Not a golf resort!

Great staff, they are very attentative, hard working and friendly. Mostly very young, so I think they learn the trade here and then move on. Rooms are okay: well equiped and there is a good shower. Matrasses in our room were worn out and should be replaced.

It is not a golf resort!! The name is deceiving. The golf course is a 20 min. drive away from the propery and is completely separate to it. It would have cost me EUR 175 - to play a round of golf! The resort is owned by a large company, who tries to squize as much profit out of the all-inclusive concept as possible through time slots and very basic facilities etc. I don't regard this as a 5* resort (3.5* max). The resorts caters mostly for young couples with small (unmannered) children. There is a small private beach, 2km away. A free shuttle bus, once every hour, takes you there. The beach is dirty: small plastics and numerous cigarette butts are everywhere.

Very poor

Quiet pool.

Very very noisy. Over crowded. Noisy children playing football in the lobby and bar. No where to go for a quite drink. Management did nothing when asked. Very dissapointed.
