Food was good, staff was nice, waterslides were fun and there were empty sun beds all day didn’t need to rush

Wonderfull place, totaly great breakfast, the drinks and special Ramada coctails are amazing. The reception is nearly parking lot, and the beach is in 15 minutes walk

The hotel is average overall. The facilities are generally satisfactory, but the service could be improved significantly.
In particular, the reception team would benefit from additional training in customer service. Staff should be more welcoming, approachable, and willing to assist guests, as a friendly attitude can make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
Unfortunately, the staff’s behaviour negatively affects the hotel’s overall performance and reputation, despite the facilities being reasonably good. The management should be aware about this to improve the performance of the hotel.
