Many little things need repairs A huge glass door nearly fell on us (defective hinge) Curtains in all bedrooms are extremely hard to slide Can get trapped outside the house as no doors can be left closed except one but it doesn’t latch reliably Shower drains are clogged and flooding is a real risk

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. Everything was spotless and impeccably organized, with great attention to cleanliness and order throughout. The villa is perfectly designed for guests’ comfort, featuring excellent spa facilities and a well-equipped gym. The view is truly breathtaking, and we especially enjoyed the spacious terrace overlooking the scenery—it made our stay even more special. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, making it easy to feel at home. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and we will definitely return for another visit.

The architecture of the home and the grounds are stunning. We really enjoyed the fresh fruits and greens from the garden. The sauna and jacuzzi were a relaxing treat and a quick dip in the pool after a steam was refreshing, although quite brisk. We appreciated having the grill and enjoyed a dinner using it. Although the weather was cool, foggy and rainy we did manage some star gazing. The quiet and solitude of the location was very restful. The drive down from the main road is quite technical and I would not recommend for an inexperienced driver. The property has a very steep drive, but it is wide and paved. The jacuzzi was great, but turn it on and up as soon as you arrive as it takes about 24 hours to heat up. We made good use of the laundry facilities.

There were many small things that gave the impression the property needs some TLC. Blinds that didn't work and shut out the million dollar view, burnt out light bulbs, inside and out. Neither light inside the sauna or steam room functioned. Non working outlets & switches. Unfinished floor in master bath, garage remote, chipped glassware and dishes. We felt for the price the amenities were rather skimpy; the amount of towels provided, especially for a spa property, no shampoo, 1 dishwasher tab for a week's rental. None of these deficiencies are significant, but summed up it left a negative impression. We have been traveling across Europe for 5 months staying in many properties. This home was the most expensive, even more so than London and Paris, and we were really looking forward to it with high expectations. It was a bit of a let down.
