とても、清潔でした。
指定のベッドに他の方が寝ていて・・・
カーテン開けた時とても驚きました。
スタッフに報告して別のベッドに移動するしてもらいました。海外のゲストが多いの、パンフだけの説明でなく、2階にもスタッフを常置するか、初めてのゲストの時は、ベッドまで案内する事が出来ないものか・・・・

コーヒーが豆からひけるのが良かった。
シャワーが2つ付いていましたが、シャワーのみの方の脱衣所が他の方の利用後で抜け毛など落ちており汚く感じしました。
