The location of the property was next to the lake and in a quiet location. Lakeside seating was great to view the lake.
Air Conditioning works wonders and the mosquito netting on the door was good.
No information pack on arrival. Some sort of guide with WiFi Password, Local Amenities, Taxi numbers etc. This would be very useful for tourists.
Sound proofing isn’t great, we could hear all the noise from other apartments and people shouting.
Drains smell from the bathroom
No bottle opener in the kitchenette and no butter knives.
The bed was very firm and uncomfortable

Peaceful-beautiful location - staff were friendly
We had to pay an extra charge for a midnight check in but hey that’s what time the flight from Liverpool gets in so so should be accommodated for when accepting the booking. it was off the beaten track which was stunning but but you most definitely need a car to access the surrounding beaches,town and points of interest and more importantly restaurants to

It's was a lovely place to stay. There was no air conditioning in the lounge only in the bedroom there was ants all over place. Kitchen light broke was fixed the next day
The lake could of been in better condition it was really smelly to sit near the water 🤦🏼♀️and lots of stuff rubbish witch made the view not so nice and the dangerous drive hill don't walk down it in heels or drunk 🤐
