Nos gustó todo. Desde el principio Loula nos recibió muy amablemente. La habitación era muy amplia, la almohada comodisima (difícil de encontrar) y por supuesto la vista de la terraza es excepcional. La ubicación es excelente si quieres estar cerca de playas naturales y está llena de restaurantes y bares por la zona. La piscina además muy agradable después de un día en el mar o chapuzón en la mañana. La limpieza con buena frecuencia. Nos vamos encantados

Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque voglia rilassarsi! Lola è una host molto accogliente! La struttura si trova in un punto strategico se volete visitare le spiagge migliori! 10 min a piedi per arrivare nella splendida Rovinia Beach. Ci sono più supermarket a due passi ma noi abbiamo preferito fare una spesa più grossa e conveniente da AB Vassilopoulos a 15 min in macchina. La piscina è ottima per rilassarsi. La casa viene pulita ogni 1/2 giorni. In generale consigliamo questa zona se si è in coppia o famiglia perché molto tranquilla.

Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr schönen Teil der Insel, mit mehreren tollen Stränden in der Nähe – einer davon ist nur ca. 100 m entfernt. Die Gastgeberin und das Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen großen, sauberen Pool sowie kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.
In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants, eine Bar direkt gegenüber und mehrere Supermärkte, die bis spät abends geöffnet haben. Einer davon ist sogar nur etwa 50 m vom Hotel entfernt. Trotz der Bar gegenüber, die bis 3 Uhr morgens geöffnet ist, war bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts zu hören – die Schallisolierung ist wirklich gut.
Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss entsprach leider überhaupt nicht den Fotos auf Booking.com. Der schöne Ausblick hat das jedoch etwas ausgeglichen. Die Dusche war sehr klein und unkomfortabel. Außerdem war das Geschirr bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig und fettig, sodass wir es vor der Nutzung selbst abwaschen mussten.

The view and location are amazing. The pool is amazing. The facilities are pretty good. Some rooms are great and match the pictures. Mine did not; it had an older kitchen and very old pots and pans.
Be careful if you stay at this property. While minor conflicts can happen during any stay, the hosts responded with hostility and were terrible at conflict resolution.
Incident 1: Harassment and intimidation Over Towels
On our second day, I took two towels from a drying rope in the garden. During checkout, the female owner entered our room, saw the towels hanging, and started screaming, accusing us of stealing them.
Host: "You stole these towels! Admit that you stole them!"
Me: "I didn't steal them. I borrowed them without asking."
Host: "Now you have to pay €150 for the towels!"
Me: "I'm not going to pay that. Extra fees like this were never disclosed."
Host: "I'm calling my husband, the owner, and you'll see what happens!"
Me: "Call the police, call your lawyer, call whoever you want. We are not paying."
Her husband arrived equally confrontational, interrogating us about our stay. When I explained that I had asked for extra towels on the first day and was told none were available, he demanded:
Host: "Now you have to pay me €140."
Me: "I am not paying."
Host: "Then leave."
Incident 2: Aggressive Checkout Handling
I mistakenly thought checkout was at 11:00 AM. At 10:07 AM, the female owner barged into our room without warning.
Host: "You need to leave right now, checkout was at 10:00!"
Me: "I’m sorry, I didn't realize. I thought it was 11:00."
Host: "You need to be out in 5 minutes."
Me: "I can't pack that quickly. I need at least 15 minutes."
Host: "Then the cleaning lady is coming in now."
She then escorted the cleaner straight into our room while we were still trying to pack.
Incident 3: Accusatory Behavior Regarding Parking
On our third morning, the male host knocked on our door without greeting us.
Host: "Your car is poorly parked! Someone scratched their car on the wall because of you.
