It was a nice calm and comfortable stay in a beautiful village. Lot's of things to do and see.
The property was very clean overall, but some elements were weared out (the kitchen benches and the sofa) which was a bit disappointing.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for a family stay.
The apartment is very clean and very nicely decorated and maintained.
The location is very good, close to the supermarket, the ski station and the Kaprun ski area (5 minutes by car or ski bus).
Communication with the host was very good and I received all the necessary information in a timely manner.
We liked it a lot and we definitely want to come back.

Price was fair.
Apartment is very small, not suitibale for a large family.
Literally zero replies from the host, only a very bad designed chat bot which didn't answer.
The apartment's garden is irrelevant, small and you cannot do anything in it, definitely not play with the kids.
