Ja, die Lage ist wunderbar für jeden, der Ruhe und Frieden und die Nähe zum Strand sucht - sehr schöne Bucht

Goede locatie. Parkeren voor de deur. Rustige buurt. Schoon.
10 minuten lopen naar Cuvi strand. Leuk om daar een dagje door te brengen.
30 minuten lopen naar Oude Haven stad.
Wat overigens erg leuk en mooi is.
Inrichting kamer erg oud, gedateerd.
Wel een mooie keuken.
Balkon van onze kamer erg klein.

Together with my mom we spent 2 weeks in Patricija's apartment, it was a great pleasure to be there. Everything was well prepared, the host was very kind to us. The location is great, 10 minutes by walk to the Cuvi beach, 20 minutes to the center of Rovinj.

A strand közel volt
A szállásadó az érkezésünkkor arra kért bennünket, hogy a klímát ne tekerjük 23 fok alá, mert drága. Sajnos a klímán látszott, hogy régen tisztították.Az első este 22 órakor bekopogott a szállásadó, hogy csendben legyünk, menjünk aludni,holott csak családi beszélgetést folytattunk.Ekkor vettük észre, hogy az ajtó alatt két újjnyi rés volt. A zuhanytálca körben penészes volt.A fürdőszoba villanykapcsolója papírral volt félig leragasztva, a fürdőszobában egyetlen konektorban sem volt áram.A falak, a székpárnák koszosak voltak.A néni barátságtalan volt, annak ellenére, hogy tudtunk horvátul beszélni
