Prima Unterkunft für ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, dicht am Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Die Lage unseres Zimmer war super mit teilweise Meerblick. Das Bad war auch sehr schön

Das Frühstück wurde auf einem Teller vorbereitet. Leider waren die teilweise warmen Speisen kalt. Die Parksituation war etwas schwierig wenn in der Strasse mehrere parken

Отличные апартаменты. Море рядом. Маршрутка номер 5 ходит каждые 5 минут от пляжа через порт и до автовокзала. Персонал отличный. Номер был с красивым видом на море.

В ванной не куда повесить полотенца. Приходится их держать в кухне и ходить к ним вытираться. Это очень не удобно.

Superb

Short walk to the sandy Ladies Beach, main beach of Kusadasi. The apartman is equiped with a small kitchen, there is a near supermarket. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. There is a small pool on the top of the building with nice view.

Parking was possible in the streat behind the hotel but there are no stop signs everyvhere. No selected garbage collection, tap water is not recommended for drinking.

Would stay again

Cute, traditional apartment with a great location very near the beach and a migros. Comfortable beds and good aircon. Good value for money. Very kind management. Loved the rooftop swimming pool.

Could have been cleaner, utensils were grubby and toilet hadn’t been flushed when we arrived. Only 1 towel provided for 4 people

A family run hotel by lovely friendly staff , there was no problems here , very clean and very safe

Location was perfect , a very short walk to migros local supermarket , very close to ladies beach , breakfast was fresh and beautiful , staff friendly and helpful and happy ,

Very close to Ladies Beach, supermarket and local transport station Approx 3km walk or short dolmus ride to town

Bed linen needs a desperate upgrade . Strong mold/dust smell Air-conditioning in bedroom turns on and off by itself

Great apartments and warm hospitality

It is a perfect accommodation in Kusadasi! Two rather big rooms, clean kitchen with all the necessary equipment and an amazing, breathtaking seaview from the roof and balcony! Roof is an ideal location for observing sunsets, with comfortable armchairs and the radio, by the way)) It is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the Ladies beach, which is extremely comfortable. What is more, there is a Migros just in front of the hotel. The atmosphere inside is very warm and friendly, we felt like home! I highly recommend this place for stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was excellent on a quiet side street with a supermarket, ATMs, bus stop and taxi rank conveniently close; and the beach and restaurants were only a short stroll away. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant, the hotel lifts were very convenient, and the family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel made it feel like a home from home. The apartment was supplied with all the basics for cooking and cleaning, and the fridge/freezer was a more than ample size.

The hotel had a rooftop pool which was not in service during our stay. There was also an issue with water pressure to the shower but we adapted and this didn't diminish an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The location is very good with short walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and the view from balcony was good.

No proper bedspreads. Bathroom needed a bit of refurbishment- looked very old.

An okay stay.

It was worth the money. But lot to improve. The location is good and it has a good balcony and well ventilated and perfect for families. It also had a lift.

The bed was very bad😑 I could feel the springs against my ribs. No free water and the water was not hot enough. There was hardly anything for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay.

Ladies Beach is not a great beach, but it was nice to be away from the hussle of Kusadasi. The dolmus is available and regular to get into the main part of town easily. Supermarket and bakery close by.

Takes a long time for hot water to arrive and hard to control the temperature of the shower water, also pressure quite low. The kitchen equipment could be updated. No chopping board and 3 plates for 4 people. No thongs, flippers, large spoon etc.

Great value, spacious apartment with seaview one block, 3 min walk from the beach and close to shops. Friendly staff, available parking in the streets.

A fine place, nothing fancy

Its a very quiet place (maybe because we stayed in November and there are not so many tourists) The host was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with the smell of flowers and lemons from the garden. The beds are pretty comfy.

There were no duvet covers, just summer blankets and warmer duvets.

Even though I arrived late at night, after midnight, around 2pm. The owner is really friendly. Thank you very much for upgrading my room too! Beach view! From Kusadasi Bus Terminal Even if you take a big taxi late at night, 40 li is enough~ 5 minibuses Ladies Beach entrance stop, large marts, and restaurants on the beach It was nice to be close by~^^ My house is opened in Kusadasi~ I will come again~ Best value for money~!

Location was excellent, accommodation was excellent views excellent. My only downside was no one cleaned the apartment or changed the sheets and towels for the week. Maybe if we asked they might. But would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional

The location right at the entrance of Lady Beach. Family own hotel, that makes you feel a home, great people 👍 The apartment was comfortable, we TV with English channels. Balcony with partial view to the ocean Terrace at the top with amazing sunset view of the ocean. Bus 5 to Kusadasi downtown and bus terminal to take bus to Ephesus.

family hotel, the owners try together with the staff to eliminate all problems. A guest in the hotel is like a guest in their house. Always smiling and friendly. All recommendations for the hotel. We are talking about a 3-star hotel, for that price don't expect golden spoons, but really decent accommodation.

Perfect view from the window. Big room, nice and quiet area, very kind hosts. We loved it!

We may still check-in but we'll make sure AC is working and request for rooms on 1st floor.

It is close to the beach! It is close to the market and restaurants. Everything you need is nearby. It was already a vacation just by staying in the hotel with the nearby beach. It is homey.

On our first night, the AC was broken. They gave us 2 electric fans which were not functioning well as well. It was so hard to sleep they could't do more about the situation. We were so disappointed. The faucet in the bathroom was difficult to close and not closing completely so we hear leak. On the 2nd day we changed room, and it was lot better and cold, but the struggle of fixing things was very hard (we are family of 6 with toddlers so just imagine).

Fantastic. Huge apartment rooms for a great price literally one or two minutes' walk from Ladies Beach. Very friendly and helpful owner/manager. There was a problem with my room, and he sorted it out extremely quickly and moved me to another. The rooftop pool was a lovely bonus. I would/will stay here again. Thanks for everything :)
