They should clearly inform guests before they book that the hotel’s child age policy is 0–12 years old, while Booking.com’s child age policy is 0–17 years old. Because this difference is not clearly disclosed during the booking process, guests may unexpectedly be required to pay additional charges upon arrival.

Everything was good.
Bath from public areas like pool and buffet were all dirty. And didn’t see any personal cleaning

Crystal clear calm water, good snorkeling, very good buffet food, rooms cleaned daily, lots of Latin dancing
No digital tv in the room so had to watch the World Cup games in the sports lounge. The Brazilian restaurant should be renamed Churrascaria as it was only meat, no other mains like I was hoping for a Moqueca.

the property is very nice and very clean. the beach was amazing too.
the staff needs to be more attentive specially while eating in the restaurants or any of the other spots like the buffet. You would sit there for 10 mins or more and they wouldn’t even give you something as simple as water. Barely any entertainment around the resort, the usual night shows but nothing really fun to do. the club was always empty.
