Fairly good location, short walk to the village center. Great water pressure. Very clean property.
This is a loft. There are no windows on the other side of the wall so basically you don’t get good airflow in the unit. Cooking will be challenging without a fan and airflow. There are 3 tiny windows that can be opened. One in the kitchen, one in the bathroom and another one upstairs in the bedroom. There are all in one side of the wall which is bad design. Cooking smells won’t get out, flies are constantly coming to visit which is super annoying. At night, downstairs gets cold but the bedroom upstairs doesn’t get cool air at all even when it’s in the 30s Fahrenheit outside.
Another issue is inconvenience if you need to get up to use the bathroom. It’s downstairs. I guess it’s ok for young adults but not for us.
