We had an amazing stay in Venice! Luca is an exceptional host who stays in touch before, during, and after your stay, providing all the information you need and making everything smooth and easy.
The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and extremely well-equipped. It truly feels like a home away from home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location is fantastic, too. Public transport stops right in front of the house, and the airport shuttle stops nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient. The city centre is just a 15-minute walk away, and the walk itself is a wonderful experience. The apartment is situated in a lovely residential neighbourhood where you can experience the authentic atmosphere and everyday life of Venice, while still having easy access to all the main tourist attractions.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I would highly recommend Luca's apartment to anyone visiting Venice!

Really quiet location about 10 min from the tourist areas. If you don’t mind a bit of walking or a water bus ride it’s the perfect spot. Warm and spacious with a nice little kitchen. Luca was so helpful even when we made a few mistakes.
No elevator/lift

Location is very accessible from the airport. AC worked well and the host was responsive.
No housekeeping at all despite the lengthy stay. No towel refreshes. Shower had draining issues. No additional garbage bags. Overpriced for what it is.
