All reception stuff are very professional and one of the them his name is Mr. Faisal he really know how to handle guests and loyal customers. All I want to say to Masem management team and administration, well done! For hiring such pro qualified staff and I wish you all prosper and success in your line of business.

I liked the 2 Saudi receptionist, specially Kumail. He was a smiley, friendly and capable of solving the issues.
The other receptionist Faisal was also very good.
I liked the location and how it is near to many useful places, such as restaurants and supermarket.
It was also easy to be reached.
Unprofessional receptionist ( Ahmed) which need to be trained to be a good receptionist. He was unhelpful and even not smiling.
Why there were no water neither coffee in the room? It is common in all the hotels to provide water and coffee. I was chocked to let me buy water from the near supermarket because they are selling the water bottles with a double price the market.
