Your staff, all are very polite and helpful.
The bed was okay, however the pillows are very flat and soft. Does not meet to our expectation. Hope the management look into it.

No iron available in rooms. Need to request and limit time to use. Wish all rooms equipped in future

The friendly and welcoming staff as always. The wide variety of breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel close to the mall with a covered walkway, surrounding with lots of restaurants, cafes, mataharj department store, supermarkets, Electronic shops and many more.
The Hotel team should look into the room pillows, as they are mostly worn out and sunken. The toilets inbetween the stay can be cleaned better. As I had to advice front desk to have toilets rewashed thoroughly.
