Accommodation was nice and clean, just outdated.
Room service from bistro downstairs was a welcome option and appreciated as my daughter was unwell.
Difficult to locate reception area when we first arrived and had to wait a while.

The room was a perfect size, the laundry facilities were fantastic, and the staff were friendly. Location was great, being in the middle of many cafes, restaurants and shops. The parking was convenient and free. The air-conditioning unit worked very well. The shared bathroom was reasonably recently refurbished and very clean.
The laundry facilities were coin-only which was annoying, but we made it work. The window in our room didn't open which was inconvenient but ultimately fine.

Convenient location. Good facilities at the pub downstairs.
I could hear music playing til late night/early morning. It wasn’t coming from the hotel. It must’ve been coming from a neighbouring venue. I was in a different room on a previous stay and didn’t hear it. There wasn’t even a glass in my room.
