The room was clean, comfortable, everything new.
Soundproofing is useless if some guests keep closing and opening doors, having a crying baby half the night and all kinds of stuff happening.... I think that the whole "no receptionist" idea will not work if the contingent of guests are not the most respectful, so to speak. That being said, I might just have been very unlucky on that day.

Easy check in, free parking, good price
It was very hot in the room, no AC, and the window open onto a terrace so you can't keep it open, anyone can get in your room! We left the upper part open but insufficient to aerate. Curtains are short also it don't cover all the window! We didn't slept well
