The location was great, and the room was spacious, bright, and airy, with beautiful views of the ancient Greek ruins. Everything was clean, including the room, bathroom, and linens.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with a good selection to choose from. The AC, fridge, elevator, and other facilities all worked well.
Indi was very welcoming, cheerful, and helpful.
Overall, a great place for the price, and we would happily recommend it.
The electric kettle gets very hot around the handle and may cause burns.

The room was bright and spacious, and the location was fantastic- just a short walk from the bridge, the Ortigia market, and other main points of interest. The Breakfast offered was one of the best selections we have encountered, and we especially loved Indeera homemade items : a delicious ham and cheese pastry and a wonderfully moist yogurt cake. He was helpful and took care of our needs. The WiFi was weak when we checked in but Indeera resolved it.
The bathroom was cramped. In the room, a few floor tiles were loose and some areas of the floor were wobbly. A drawback was also the lack of mirrors in the room.
