Free snacks and drinks at the lounge and free sake tasting, size of the room is bigger than usual japanese hotel rooms, place is clean. Also having a spa/wellness center on site is nice, unfortunately I was not able to avail of the services due to time constraints. But the hot spring bath was a plus, it is clean and big.
The fact that you have to bring your room towel to use in the hot spring bath. And this was not even in any of the information so it was confusing as there was no one in the desk at the time I went. After looking around and waiting, I decided to go to front desk and was told to use the room towel. There should be available towels to use in the hot spring bath or extras placed in the room for this.

Located within 10 minutes walk of the city’s main shopping district and railway station. Affordable parking. Reasonable price rooms. Decent hotel onsen that was large and clean. Microwave and coffee facilities in the lobby.
Hotel rooms are a bit dated. Small rooms but that is standard for Japan. Only given two vending machine drinks per night that you’re staying. Coin operated washing machine not very good.

Good location, close to station with a lawson/7-11 nearby. Staff are very helpful. They have a nice Sauna/Onsen facilities to relax even if you don't do Sauna, there's rest area like a Korean jimjibang
Very small room, even smaller than the ones in Sapporo which is a much bigger city. Room size is similar to what you'd get in Tokyo, but this is not Tokyo. The shower curtain was also moldy so we had ask for it to be replaced.
