Château de Planchevienne

Tout etait beau , reposant et charmant. Deux piscines à disposition. Parc bien entretenu. Très bon accueil. Bon vin et très bon petit déjeuner .

Un peu chaud le soir car pas de climatisation dans le château mais la nuit a vite rafraîchi la chambre. . Belle baignoire ancienne mais un peu glissante.

Werkelijk fantastische en unieke plek! Vriendelijke mensen en ook de eigenaren waren bijzonder vriendelijk. Mooie kamer, netjes en schoon. Prachtige tuin met zwembad. Een plek waar we zeker terug gaan komen!

Er was niets dat niet beviel aan deze accommodatie. Maar als we een tip mogen geven, dan zou het zijn airco op de kamer. Nu hebben we de ramen opengezet en dat werkte ook prima.

Tout est pensé dans le moindre détail avec très bon goût. L'accueil au top

We found the accommodation offered versus booking description, and lack of any service, very disappointing We were met by two girls on arrival, who did not introduce themselves & did not speak any English (the booking stated languages spoken as English, French & Dutch) There was a confusion about where to park, although no other cars were parked on the property, as no other guests have arrived yet. We were shown to a very small room on the top floor of the outbuilding, given code to the gate & left there without any further explanation or guidance about the property. No guide in the room either We've booked Deluxe Double with Garden View, described on Booking.com as having a seating area, a terrace, & a garden view - none of which we had (we could see the main road through a small skylight. The bathroom window offered no privacy & overlooked the work yard). The room answering our booking description was below us unoccupied & locked The booking description also stated that there is: - a bar (?) - shared seating area with TV (this was locked & not available to us) - shared kitchen (? - this would be useful, as there is no restaurant on site & not even a kettle in the room) - breakfast can be purchased (what breakfast?, there was no one here to serve it) No bath towels in the bathroom - just hand towels, which are too small after a shower. Ok, we could live with this, but it’s just another down point We called Jessica after 1st night & asked her to come over to help us resolve an issue. She said she would see us in 10 minutes, but didn’t come & didn’t call back to say she couldn’t make it. Very poor service! The room has not been serviced during our entire stay, bed was never made, the rubbish bin was overflowing. We emailed the property, but received no response We’d understand the lack of facilities & service if we paid 40 EUR per night.
