The view from our room was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate all our needs, the shower was excellent with a lot of hot water.
It is located quite far from the main road which requires a long drive for any type of activity. The internet speed was very low, sometimes below 1 Mbps. The staff tried to fix it but it wasn’t resolved. The toilet flushing mechanism didn’t operate well.

The location and the view is exceptional. Ideal for a perfect vaccation stay. Have space to stay free and calm.
Friendly staff. They gave first aid to one of our friend which they have gone extra mile.

My package was included free breakfast. But they have told to my crowd that there is no breakfast included. After I have told and sent them the reference ss of booking.com they accepted and offered.
But the way they offer the breakfast wasn't nice comparing to their other service standards. If it is eligible they must know it and offer it. There is no need to request for meals as long as it is already included to the package.
Also they charged extra amonth other than the bookin.com full fee (included tax value) saying changing dollar rate. Normally non of any hotel has charged like that before any stay. But it was jus 700 something. But it's not professional
Pls take this into consideration.

We stayed here during Christmas and had a really wonderful experience. The accommodation itself is beautiful, with an incredible view overlooking the waterfalls — waking up to that scenery was honestly one of the highlights of our stay.
The location is actually excellent. Although it may look far from the center on Google Maps, most people walk along the train tracks, which makes it only about a 5–10 minute walk into town. It’s also perfectly positioned if you’re planning to hike Ella Rock, as it’s directly on the route.
The family running the place are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made us feel at home right away. The overall atmosphere is very calm and relaxing — ideal if you want somewhere peaceful but still close to everything.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Large beds and spatious room.

Attentive stuff, the family that owns the place is kind
Shower and bath not very clean.
Manager spoke limited English, although he was attentive and kind.
Far from the center, TukTuk needed for anything
$$$$
