Location good. Spa facility nice.
No working lift for most of our stay. No offer to help bring down luggage until I’d already done it. Breakfast in the restaurant wasn’t enjoyable. It’s overpriced and the €39 buffet is tiny. Then when you order extras - which are chargeable - the waiter makes the point of repeating several times that what you are ordering is chargeable. Which ruins the whole thing.

Location and their tiny spa. The rooms are cleaned nicely. Réception staff were very helpful
Very poor breakfast service with rude demotivated staff that do not smile. Small buffet spread. Reception said breakfast open to 11am. But at breakfast they closed serving after 10:30.
After this experience we cancelled our dinner reservation at their restaurant Cléo served in the same place
