Friendly and super helpful staff, great communication, location was close to the metro and promenade. There were supermarkets nearby and restaurants also. The room was comfortable overall for a short stay.
The water took very long to go down the shower drain, it felt a little gross. The bathroom was a little dingy.

Location is prime. Near Galata but much nearer to the bridge, waterfront and karakoy fish wrap restaurants. Excellent affordable food all around. Very near Halic metro. Several supermarkets and great fast food joints at the nearby boulevard. The street the apartment is on looks run down but don't let this bother you. Interesting stuff is all around, so keep your eyes open. On the last days a crew were even shooting a film or similar there.
Bed is very comfy. Extra cleaning easily requested if you stay more days. Excellent reception staff.
Everything is very good for this price. Bathroom, toilet and windows need a deep clean. Please also provide a small clothes drying rack.

This apartment hotel is located near the Haliç metro station. There are grocery stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Istiklal Street and the marina are just a few minutes’ walk away. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated, with attention to detail. Check-in was hassle-free. I highly recommend it. I’d love to return.

spacey rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful and always available.
The area is pretty horrible, it’s like you live in the middle of the rubbish dumb. There was very little day light in most of the rooms except the deluxe apartment and the view from the window was quite depressing. The rooms are shabby and could be cleaner. Not a single hook to hang a towel in the bathroomt etc. The whole effect is rather disappointing .
