Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Marlene., die jederzeit erreichbar war und ein Sonnenschein ist. Das Apartment verfügt über zwei Stockwerke. Oben das lichtdurchflutete Schlafzimmer (gute Matratze) hat einen einen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick . Zur Toilette musste man eine steile Treppe hinunter steigen. Küche und Wohnbereich sind relativ groß. Der große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist sehr angenehm. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind relativ neu, so wie die gesamte Ausstattung. Auf der Terrasse (neuwertiger Tisch und Stühle) Grillmöglichkeit und Sitzmöglichkeit. Zum Strand geht man circa 20 Minuten abwärts, der Rückweg verlangt etwas Kondition. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, oder am Strand kleiner Laden (der aber sehr teuer ist). Am Strand viele Restaurants. Möglichkeit eines langen Strandspazierganges.
Bequeme Liege für Balkon oder Terrasse und zwei bequeme Stühle für Balkon oder Terrasse würden den tollen Eindruck noch vervollständigen .

Hillside location providing potential for views, our property had a bedroom window view and garden view if standing down to Santa Guilia bay
No balcony as expected from property photos, but I think there are a number of properties being managed so this should be clearer at time of booking

Bellissima la vista dal secondo piano sulla baia di Santa Giulia.
La cucina e il bagno non erano puliti.
L'appartamento è piccolo disposto su 2 piani.
Nella casa è presente un solo condizionatore non sufficiente per rinfrescare i 2 livelli.
