I loved this hostel. As soon as I walked in it felt peaceful, and I loved the interior design of the kitchenette/lobby when you enter in. I didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities, nor did I have any breakfast here, but I loved how the property is close to so many street vendors and affordable places to eat. It’s located about a 8-10 minute walk from Tainan station. The bathrooms were so clean and tidy. The dorms are comfortable, there is storage to put your belongings, but if you have a suitcase there is space in the rooms for it. The beds were comfortable. The staff were super helpful, I accidentally changed my code for my locker and they immediately resolved the issue for me. Overall, a really great place to stay. Can’t fault.

Very cute room, nice and clean, great location, family mart nearby and lots of outdoor stalls selling food (including two vegetarian stalls within 1 min)
Street outside is a little noisy with scooters (that will be an issue anywhere in Tainan unless you want to pay a lot more for a very tall hotel)

Nice location near the train station.
I woke up at 3:00 AM noticing an electrical burning like smell filling the air. I immediately checked all my devices and was pretty sure the smell was not caused by anything I brought there. It lasted for about 2 hours, making me extremely anxious and unable to fall back asleep. I was also worried about the potential health effects of continuously breathing in these harmful fumes. The hotel front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day, and I did not receive any notification or explanation about the situation.
