The staff was incredible, good ladies kept room tidy and clean.
As it shared bathroom and kitchen, comfort really depends on people who stay in a property.

Great location, very kind helpful staff keeps the place sparkly clean, the place has a lot of facilities:
You can cook in the kitchen, and there's a laundry machine, dryer and vending machine on the ground floor
The room I was in was spacious and nice, had a wardrobe to hang clothes as well
The location is extremely helpful from the train station, and well connected to other buses
Quiet and peaceful
Towels provided
Fast and free wifi
A really minor note: could have a bedside lamp, the big headlight is not great at night

Location, price/quality, nice functional rooms. A very well prepared kitchen.
The lack of reception or any other hotel staff. Feels weird.

the location was good, easy to walk to city centre.
Sharing bathroom with strangers. I understood at the point of booking that we are sharing amongst the 2 family rooms. it was not clear that a 3rd room was also using this bathroom.
