Lots of space, views were amazing, walking distance to supermarket and town (although on a steep hill so may be very hot walking home in summer), designated parking space (although access took an inital bit of getting used to), good to have a washing machine, very responsive host we had an issue with the shower and it was sorted very quickly! She also sent really clear directions in advance and gave us recommendations for restaurants.
There were some VERY small things that could be addressed and would push the score up:
We were a family of 4; there were 4 forks, 4 spoons and 3 knives... some more cutlery and some scissors would have been handy (there were other cooking utensils and lots of pots, pans, plates),
The balcony furniture was a little old and would benefit a more comfortable replacement,
Having a wahing machine and drying line was great but there were very limited pegs
It is in a residential area with lots of dogs in surrounding properties, there were some occasions (not many) when they barked and set each other off.

The apartment is very cozy, comfortable, and feels just like home. The view of the bay is amazing! Having a private parking spot was a huge plus for us. The location is great: it’s an easy and pleasant walk along the coast — just 5 minutes down to a nice restaurant, 10 minutes to a good supermarket, and 15 minutes to the Old Town. Walking back up to the apartment was quite easy too. Special thanks to the wonderful and very kind hostess — she made us feel very welcome!

The stunning view, the spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and well equipped apartment and its amazing veranda!
Also, the lady that was managing the place gave us great and accurate advice on how to get down to the old city of Kotor, if to use a taxi or not, where to park etc. Much appreciated. From the moment we had our first contact, she was very responsive.
I would have liked to have the possibility for breakfast (even at extra pay), but I understand this is more of an apartment for longer stays.

The view is good , this is the only optimistic thing
Everything is old
The interior inside is aged
The wall outside is falling apart
The balcony seat is not clean
The way driving up to the property was terrible. I warn anyone who drives here
It takes me 30 mins walk to the old town. Check your Google Maps, it says the same .
There should be much more better options if you booked earlier.
