We definitely liked the rooms and the ambience in the apartment and also the fact that we had a balcony and a bathtub. The location was also great, very central with many shops and services around. The owner was very communicative and approachable. The apartment had a microwave and a well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfy and had a electric blanket to warm up during the cold Santiago nights.

The cleanliness of the kitchen did not meet our expectations (handles of the cupboards were sticky and the shelves inside stained). We had internet only during the first day, then used the weak signal from the apartment downstairs, that eventually stopped working for us as well. We work remotely and needed Internet, that is why not having a connection for most of the stay was for us very frustrating.
