The breakfast was varied and of excellent quality and the manager/owner was very helpful.
The location, close to Altamura allowed us to experience sightseeing of a few historical town, including the beautiful Castel del Monte and Matera.
We were disturbed by barking dogs during the nights.
There is no restaurant at he property and breakfast was not included in the price of the room.

Les propriétaires du gîte sont des gens gentils, ouverts et de bonne volonté.
Le gîte offre une belle vue sur les champs aux alentours d'Altamura.
L'insonorisation inexistante entre les deux chambres de la bâtisse antique.
Le manque de professionnalisme des hôtes. Ils quittent le gîte sans prévenir en laissant leurs chiens agressifs décider de qui peut ou ne peut pas y pénétrer (nous pas, visiblement). Nous sommes restés bloqués 20' dans la voiture devant le gîte avec les enfants après 22.00!
L'absence d'offre de restauration (hormis le PDJ, très banal) dans un environnement où le premier commerce est à 15' de route.
La piscine prévue pour quelques personnes est ouverte à des gens de passage, la rendant bondée lors de notre arrivée (15 août).
Le mauvais rapport qualité-prix
