Henkilökunta, ruoka, onsenit ja tilan tuntu. Erinomainen kokemus. Shuttle-palvelu lähimmälle rautatieasemalle.
Ruoka-annokset ovat maukkaita ja runsaita, joten vaatii itsehillintää, ettei syö liiaksi. Tämä on ehkä enemmän sellainen positiivinen ongelma.

I chose this place because it was close to the Grand Seiko factory and it looked like a really nice place.
The staff was amazing, super helpful and accommodating. The food was great. The onsen was great. I wish I could live there.

Each room is a separate self-contained unit which ensures total privacy. Our unit comprised a bedroom with Western-style beds, a tatami dining room (where we had dinner and breakfast), comfortable recliners in a sitting area with a window overlooking the river and mountains, a refreshments area with a fully-stocked mini bar (containing complimentary beer and non-alcoholic drinks), a hot/cold water dispenser, coffee machine as well as snacks.
What bowled us over was our very own private onsen with full facilities (dressing area, shower/cleansing area, rain shower, indoor pool as well as outdoor pool.) Hot spring water was piped into both the indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool had a picture window looking out to the outdoor pool while the outdoor pool had unobstructed views of the river and Mount Iwate. Soaking in our own private outdoor hot spring with an unbeatable view of Mt. Iwate was an unforgettable experience.
Meals were brought course by course to our unit by a staff member and placed on a trolley at the entrance of our unit. The staff member would use Google Translate to advise guests on how the food was to be eaten. This required the guests to get up from the cushions on the tatami floor to collect the trays from the trolley and serve each course themselves. This made for a rather disruptive dining experience but it was only a minor inconvenience . I'm guessing the reason for this way of meal service could be the rooms being separate units and located away from the Main Building.

1棟利用なので、隣接の部屋からの騒音ストレクが無く良かった。
お風呂は大浴場並みの広さだったが湯もみが少し大変
ドリンクバーが充実している。
ベッドは快適でした。
部屋で食事ができるのは良いが、
ダイニングテーブルでは無いこと。
配膳を自分達でやること。
料理微妙
座卓の座り立ち上がりが苦痛の身なのでリクライニングチェアがあって良かったが、オットマンとサイドテーブルが無かったのが残念。
座卓が掘りになっていたら良いなと思った。
部屋が広い分少し寒かった。
