Staff are great. Friendly and helpful
We had no hot water for morning showers. The Buffett is $33 USD per person for both dinner and breakfast

The staff and the service was good.
The fact that clients are given two different breakfast options.

The location is perfect
Walkways are a bit challenging because of the slopes. However, the grounds are beautiful and well kept.

Room had a balcony but the door to access it was not openable.
Tea bags took ages to be brought to the room. Having been travelling for 26 hours I just wanted a cuppa & to sleep
