This is our third stay and as always we find the Old Mechanics to be faultless. The service from our hosts is impeccable as they keep us informed of every detail. Our rooms are spotless and come with everything one could need. The location is exceptional as it sits in the centre of historic Healesville, Victoria. We will always return.

Great location, communicative hosts (who are also well known around town!) and a wonderful split level accommodation with two bathrooms was just spot on. Only issue for guests would be if you cannot get up and down stairs as the bedroom is located upstairs.

Great location, got all the info we needed for check-in via text. Easy parking. Soft toilet paper, heater in bathroom, lovely big shower, nice reverse cycle in room. kitchenette. I’ve attached a photo of the parking so you know what to look for.
We could hear other people from their rooms. This is just to be expected due to an old building though. Everything else was perfect.
