We had a lovely experience at Devnadi – The Heritage Hotel and truly enjoyed our time here. The property has a beautiful traditional charm and a very peaceful atmosphere. Our room was cosy, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Everything was properly maintained, and the cleanliness was up to the mark. The housekeeping team was prompt, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
We really enjoyed the food during our stay. The restaurant was pleasant, and the food was freshly prepared, delicious, and had a lovely home-cooked taste. The service was equally good, with the staff being polite and attentive.
A special mention goes to the traditional welcome we received at check-in. We were greeted with a beautiful Tulsi Mala and Aarti, which made us feel very welcomed. Even the checkout was a thoughtful experience, as we were given Gangajal in a small gesture to take home as a blessing.
The most memorable part of our stay was the hotel's private Ganga Ghat and the spiritual activities organized there. The morning and evening Aarti, Bhajan Sandhya, Rudrabhishek, and Deepdaan were beautifully conducted. The Pandit Ji was very helpful and guided us throughout all the rituals. We also wanted to arrange a special Puja at the Ghat, and the hotel team happily took care of all the arrangements. The Puja was performed beautifully at their private Ghat, making the entire experience even more meaningful and peaceful.
The staff across all departments were friendly, cooperative, and always willing to assist. Overall, it was a wonderful combination of good hospitality, comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and authentic spiritual experiences. We would certainly love to visit again and recommend Devnadi to others visiting Haridwar.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Devnadi – The Heritage Hotel. The property has a beautiful heritage charm, and its location right beside the Ganga makes the entire experience truly special. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness was excellent, and the housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything neat and hygienic throughout our stay.
The food deserves a special mention. The restaurant was lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and homely. Every meal felt comforting, with great taste and quality. The restaurant staff were equally warm and attentive.
One of the best parts of our stay was the private Ganga Ghat. The hotel organizes beautiful spiritual experiences, including morning and evening Ganga Aarti, Rudrabhishek, and other rituals with their own Pandit Ji, allowing guests to experience everything peacefully and privately. The Bhajan Sandhya was another highlight of our stay. It was beautifully organized and created a very peaceful and divine atmosphere.
The entire staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and welcoming. From the front desk to restaurant service and housekeeping, everyone made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, Devnadi is much more than just a hotel; it offers a beautiful combination of heritage hospitality, delicious food, comfort, and spirituality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Haridwar. We would definitely love to visit again!

The room was not equipped with enough toilet paper and towels. Upon request, the staff quickly supplied these items.
