Think twice before booking!

We booked this stay more than 6 months ago. Making sure we had internet included in our stay (check print screens) so we were able to work. All had to be paid one week upfront, so they were sure of their money. When we entered, there was NO internet, the host was also not willing to provide it to us (by card) or come up with a solution nor was she willing to compensate us. We were shocked! 1 day later we noticed we couldn't even close of the builing, due to the fact that the window/doors could not close. Someone had to come and fix it, only 1 windowdoor was fixable. So we still could not close everything off. Then they say they provid us with extra utilities f.e. the dishwasher pads, when checking there they were molded. Also there hadn't been anyone staying there for a while, since we found cobwebs all over the place, same for dust, cooking pots were not clean... So just making sure you think twice before you make your booking!

The house was beautiful, highly decorated and fully equipped. The neighborhood is magical and Catherine the house owner, was so helpful to all of us. I'm sure, we are going to get back❤

Le cadre bucolique et la tranquillité. La propreté… la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôtesse.

Le manque d’insonorisation à l’intérieur. La structure en bois est magnifique mais il n’y a pas d’isolation entre les pièces. On entend tout et ce n’est pas toujours facile à vivre avec des enfants. La salle de bain est fermée par un rideau… et la porte d’accès aux toilettes de l’étage est dans la salle de bain.
