The room was huge, food was delicious and the staff were amazing. I got an extended checkout time because I checked in so late in the night, and a great room with a perfect view of the hill behind the hotel.
The entrance at the gate needs leveling for low clearance cars.

The experience right from the warm reception by Serena, clean and comfortable accommodation, the breakfast variety and the check out flexibility was a plus for me.
I liked the clean pool as well.
It was world cup time and I would have loved if the screens were bigger😉

Breakfast was good, loads of varieties to choose from.
The internet on our block wasn't working. Also, the rooms could do with a larger TV, as the current one is approx. 24 inches. DSTV wasn’t working either, so staying at this hotel for a longer period with children can be challenging. Additionally, the road leading to the hotel is in poor condition, something should be done about it. If I was the owner and I have a dream of hotel resort & spa, I would start by installing solar panels to provide heated swimming pool especially during the cold season, Jacuzzi's etc.

The hotel was good: friendly staff, nice and clean room.
The restaurant was very slow a bit pricey and also not the best quality. We ordered 3 meals which were delivered one by one. The first one (after on hour) was pasta which was good. The second one (after 1.5 hours) was a pepper steak it was weird. Its taste reminded me of indian food. The third one was a vegetarian pizza (after 2 hours). It was good as well. Also we were not even asked if we wanted any more drinks, kind of strange considering that we were there for over two hours.

"The staff were very very nice, professional and welcoming. They surprised my wife as it was her birthday during the stay.
Rooms were clean and very spacious, we loved it there 😊"
