Great location in a new part of town. Right across from a new mall with many restaurants, and a grocery store. Helpful and responsive staff. Good breakfast.

It was well located for our needs.
On arrival we had to carry our heavy luggage up a number of steps as there was no one to help us. When we arrived at reception the female receptionist informed us that there was a machine to lift our bags, how were we to know, and how were we expected to work it? It became clear the receptionist did not like us complaining but those were the facts. Then we were given 2 key cards, and both were uncharged and we had to walk back to reception to charge them. ( coincidence? I do not think so. ) These 12 months ALONE we visited Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Spain France, Germany and Switzerland, most of them more than 2 or 3 hotels and we NEVER had this treatment. We are senior contributors in TripAdvisor and will be comenting there as well. We have travelled all over the world but this is one of the most disappointing hotels.We then asked for a packed breakfast due to an early flight and were told that we should have asked for it 48 hours before and anyway we were just 2 people, not big enough group to bother for an early breakfast! And to add insult to injury the hotel had a small notice that it gives good treatment to the elderly! I highly recommend that given a chance you choose another hotel.
