Zentral gelegen, alles vorhanden, sauber und Preis/Leistung. Die Kommunikation und der Ablauf passten ebenfalls perfekt.

Selbstverpflegung, Handtücher für Küche und Bad vorhanden, Betten sind bezogen, W-lan kostenlos, Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Küche bestückt mit Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, sehr zentral gelegen, für Hunde zum Gassi gehen 2 min Fußweg bis ins Grüne, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles zu Fuß erreichbar, die Altstadt mit ihren Gassen direkt zu Fuß erreichbar 👌 Da wir keine Behinderung haben war für uns alles super, es ist aber keine FeWo für Rollstuhlfahrer, da Treppen und verwinkelt, eine kleine aber sehr süße FeWo, Essen gehen zu Fuß kann man auch an verschiedenen Stellen in der Stadt, Bäcker um die Ecke 👍
Wir sind sehr Pflegeleicht, für uns war alles Top 👍

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war hervorragend. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants erreicht man in 2-5 min. Meine Anfragen wurden innerhalb von wenigen Minuten freundlich beantwortet.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.Es gibt ein wunderschönes kleines aber praktisches Bad.
Die Spinnenweben müsste man im Sommer öfter beseitigen. Die Wohnung ist nicht für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet, da die Benutzung des Bades immer mit Treppensteigen verbunden ist. Das Treppenhaus wirkt sehr abschreckend. Empfehlenswert wäre noch der Hinweis , wo der sortierte Müll hingebracht werden muss.
