Excellent facilities, large pool, lots of space
The stairs don’t have any rails, tiles become slippery after swimming

An outstanding property that is an oasis in the busy bustle of Seminyak. Eka and her team were delightful to be around and we thoroughly loved our stay and our Game Of Thrones Theme. The huge spaces, amazing pool and traditional Bali decor were wonderful.
Our only very small gripe is the Hot Water system which proved rather fickle..I suspect they may need a new one.

Очень приветливый персонал, хорошая уборка, вкусный завтрак, большая вилла.
Низкий уровень шумоизоляции, красивые деревянные рамы и двери, но не уплотняются вечером очень высокая слышимость и комары из за этого могут присутствовать. ( фумигаторы присутствовали на вилле в каждой комнате) Было бы не плохо провести косметический ремонт.

Spacious well located villa with exceptional pool and staff. Rooms serviced daily with cooked breakfast and a pool attendant to ensure the facility is pristine. Well maintained garden with the largest rooms you could imagine. Eka, Ayu and the other staff could not have been more helpful while remaking totally professional. We were lucky to got a booking on a cancellation.
Air conditioning in the living area was struggling but I believe was being replaced when we left.
