From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional and genuinely personal. The staff knew our names, our room number, and even our preferences, which made us feel truly welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
The lodge itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised.
The food was outstanding — every meal we had, from breakfast to dinner, was delicious and beautifully prepared.
The safari experience was the highlight of our stay. The schedule was perfectly organized with morning and afternoon game drives, meals in between, and plenty of time to relax. We were lucky enough to see elephants, lions, rhinos, hippos, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, impalas, many bird species, and several other animals.
It was truly an unforgettable experience.
The only minor downside was that the wardrobe and luggage storage space in the room was a bit limited, especially if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage.
There were also some insects around the property, but considering the natural surroundings and safari setting, this was completely understandable and wasn’t a major issue for us.

Ein Rundum Sorglos Aufenthalt. Es wurde bereits im Vorfeld alles organisiert. Perfekte Organisation der Safaris, insbesondere auch der Ausritt. Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Beautifully furnished suite which was private and comfortable. Restaurant and reception across the drive or through garden. Car parking space a few steps from accommodation.
Food in restaurant good and breakfast buffet table had amazing choice.
Game drives ( 2 included in 1 night package) afforded opportunity to see 4/5 of the Big 5 animals and variety of antelope, zebra, birdlife. V. knowledgeable & friendly guide who related well to all in our group.
Appeared some confusion and delay over orders for lunch which we had before check-in but following that the service was very attentive with offers for portering, warm towels and drinks once we came back from drives and managers concerned for our well-being.
