Muy buen hotel y buena ubicación

Estupendo hotel, relativamente cerca de la estación de shinagawa y pegado a una boca de metro. Estupenda ubicación y estupendo trato de los servicios de recepción y de desayuno. El desayuno muy variado y rico!! De 10!!1 Para repetir!!

Not really a travellers hotel more for business people

Love this hotel and thank you Tokyu Stay Takanawa!

We love this hotel as it's slightly big for usual standard Japanese hotels. we booked 2 different rooms and the twin room is pretty cool, have separate bath & toilet. The room is well equipped with washing machine and microwave makes it a perfect stay for a long holiday. The coffee @ the lobby under the amenities was perfect and also other amenities free to take for travellers. We ate breakfast and selection was just nice. Hotel staffs were very friendly and there's a nearby convenient store less than 5min walk from the hotel. The train station less than 5mins walk, and there's a direct train to Narita airport so this makes it a perfect stay from/to airport. Thank you Tokyu Stay Takanawa! Will definitely come back again!!!

It's really a good place to stay in Tokyo

The room is clean and well equiped. Even a microwave and a washing machine is available. It is located just near the subway station so easy access for the tourist. The staff team is really nice and give all necessary support.

Firstly, cleaning only for towel change and rubbish collection. I would appreciate if they can do some basic house keeping like floor cleaning regarding we stayed 5 nights. It's better we can have more choice for the breakfast.

Great location, big comfortable room

Close to trains, convenience store and still a quiet neighborhood (but with some small restaurants). Lovely to walk to the Shrine only 5 mins away. Room was spacious by Tokyo standards

Schönes Hotel und gut angebunden.

Das Hotel liegt an der Yamanote Line was für uns als JR Pass Besitzer sehr günstig war. Von der Takanawa Gateway Station kommt man in beide Richtungen und ist schnell an allen Sightseeing Spots. Man konnte regelmäßig neue Handtücher und Müllentleerung anfragen und das war sehr praktisch bei 7 Tage Aufenthalt. Wir konnten unsere Koffer zum Hotel liefern lassen und bei der Abreise konnten die Koffer in der Lobby bleiben bis unser Flug ging.

Die Zimmergröße könnte etwas größer. Mit 2 mittelgroßen Koffer war es schon sehr eng. Es gibt nur wenige Restaurants drumherum, aber das war für uns kein Problem und wir wussten es vorher. Der Ramenshop in der Straße ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect spot for airport layovers

Great amenities, easy subway access to the the airports as well as into the hotspots of the city (especially convenient even with large suitcases), places to eat nearby, friendly staff, and they have a cafe for breakfast and lunch downstairs.

ショートステイは良いがロングステイは？

清潔感とお風呂

前回は2泊だったので気が付きませんでしたが、今回は4泊してけっこう汚くなっていたので残念でした。シーツもかえなかったしバスルームも汚くなっていた。

Nice hotel

Washer dryer in room, clean and round the corner from subway

Breakfast lacked variety, extra charge to clean rooms otherwise they will just empty bins and replace towels. Closest subway doesn't have an elevator to tracks so people with disabilities will have problems

perfect place to connect to public trabsportation to explore Tokyo and to easily access Haneda Airport

conveniently located to tanakawa gateway station! comfortable bed and linens! wonderful addition to have a washing machine IN THE ROOM!! Quiet and easy to get to and from Haneda Airport! would definitely stay there again!

Exceptional

Was very impressed by this hotel and I especially appriciated the fact that there was a washing machine in the room. The staff was very friendly and good at english. There was also great convinience store right around the corner where we ate every day 👍

We will chose Tokyu Stay hotel if we can find them in every location we visit.

Location is very good to access JR train as well as subways. It takes around 30 minutes train ride from Haneda airport to the hotel. 11 ~ 12-minute subway ride to Ginza area by subway. Hotel amenities are excellent. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the room. We could reduce number of clothing and personal hygiene items to pack in the suitcase.

Wish they had more warm foods for breakfast.

Very good

Room is good size and has washing machine and microwave. Very convenient. Size is decent by Tokyo standards --even has a reasonable size writing area. It is clean and comfortable. It is right next to a subway station which connects directly to Haneda.

There is a lot of construction in the area around the hotel though this does not affect the stay at all. Staff don't speak much English.

Best hotel from the three I was staying in during my trip to Japan. Very good.

Best hotel I stayed in. Room was huge when you think about standard Japanese hotel rooms. And it was very comfortable. Lots of light. Washing machine was inside the room. The bathroom was huge as well. Loved it!

Great stay at Tokyu Stay

We had a washing machine/tumble drier and microwave in our room. They also provided an air-purifier/humidifier which was great as the air-conditioning made the room quite dry at night. Location is just a 5-minute walk fron Takanawa Gateway station which is part of the JR line; one stop from Shinagawa station. Bed was a comfy double and we were located at the end of the corridor so we had two windows available to us, providing plenty of sunlight. Room was a bit small but expected for Tokyo and the price paid.

When I'm in Tokyo, I stay here or at the APA Hotel next door.

A few steps to the subway, 1O minute walk to Shinegawa Station, where trains and shinkansen run. Direct connection to both Haneda and Narita airports. Lots of eating options nearby. European breakfast
