Chambre famililae, très bien, terrasse agréable.
Emplacement idéal pour "Elephant Haven"
Emplacement idéal pour "Elephant Haven", mais assez excentré pour le reste, donc difficile de se déplacer si on n'est pas véhiculé. Pas de Bolt, pas de Grab autour.
Le personnel a trouvé une solution pour nous emmener à Erawan waterfall, mais pas simple.
Le personnel ne parle pas bien anglais, merci google Trad ! car difficile de se comprendre.

Flexibilité du personnel : on a demandé pour avoir une meilleure situation du bungalow.
Endroit très calme . Fait uniquement Parc Éléphants à proximité.
Un chauffeur du resort vous conduit sur demande et gratuit ( parc - gare ferroviaire).
Personnel parle peu anglais mais est très avenant pour vous aider.
Piscine très agréable après une journée avec température élevée.

Staff were very friendly, responded positively and promptly to all requests. The resort is spacious and provided good separation between guest areas resulting in a quiet, atmosphere.
Breakfast buffet was included, but not very appropriate - spaghetti and meat sauce, both days.
