Rooms are clean and very spacious.
Some areas of the building are in need of updating/repair. The elevator is missing carpeting, the faucet in our tub was sitting away from the bathroom wall by at least an inch, showing exposed pipes.

It's like so many places, it's pretty much continental with waffles. I like any place that has breakfast.
The place needs to be renovated really badly. Even if they just do a room at a time or just the bathroom and kitchen space. They went cheap on the flooring and it's peeling and the tiles in the kitchen are cracked because of no hardie backer underneath. The bathtub was painted at some point which is worse now. The floor is curling because it's not waterproof. The sink is cracked and trim is old and dirty. I'm guessing that guests have stolen everything from the kitchen because there were 2 bowls 2 plates, 2 sets of flatware and nothing else to cook with. The rest of the room isn't bad.
