Great location, comfortable and lovely serene gardens. We didn't use it, but the kitchen was well equipped to make a meal. Good value.
The hot water does run out quite quickly, but I just waited a minute, turned it back on and it was hot again so it wasn't a big inconvenience.

Good location, short walk to beach, a restaurant, a food store, and bus stop, so it was an easy trip to supermarket and ferry terminal. Our small cottage was in shade of trees, so it stayed a nice temperature.
The manager responded to our requests.
Good value for money.
Seats at our dining table were not comfortable.
Shelves in the shower needed fixing as they were nearly falling off the wall.
Would be nice to have luggage rack for 2 bags.
The tempting bicycle at the gate was only for decoration.

Location and the theme they tried to create.
No milk for a tea and it lacked polish: cupboards were uneven, shelves didn’t sit straight. Gave an unskilled DIY feel which was a shame.
