Чудова світла тиха квартира з видом на океан

Сподобалося усе. Чудове місце розташування: кафе, ресторани, аптека, пекарня, пральня, - все поруч. Квартира ідеальна для короткого і довгого проживання. В ній є усе необхідне: чудова кухня (є просто усе необхідне для готування їжі), великий стіл, зручна канапа, зручні нові матраси в спальнях, кондиціонери… Приємний і продуманий інтерʼєр. Перлиною квартири є вітальня з великими вікнами і тераса з видом на океан. Маю надію ми повернемося і нам пощастить зняти саме цю квартиру.

В будинку не має ліфту, тільки вузенькі сходи. Та при бронюванні ми знали про це і готові були ходити пішки. Також ми помітили, що стіни між кімнатами і санвузлом досить тонкі, чутно дуже добре шум води.

Prima Balkon und Wohn-Esszimmer mit Meeressicht über die Dächer. Super ausgestattete Küche. Alles sauber und ordentlich.

Die Garage ist ziemlich umständlich zu erreichen, aber das liegt an der engen Bebauung in Sesimbra. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Auch weil sich die Wohnung im 4. OG ohne Aufzug befindet

Insgesamt sehr gute Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin. Wunderbar unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Apartamento bem localizado , bem equipado mas com acesso difícil para pessoas com alguma idade e com dificuldade de loco

O apartamento era agradável e bem equipado. Estava situado perto da praia e dos restaurantes .

Não gostamos de chegar de uma viagem e depararmo-nos com um apartamento no último andar , com escadaria antiga e uma pessoa da família com 75 anos e com deficiência motora, quando deveriam referir que não existe elevador no prédio. Aquando da reserva do alojamento referem estacionamento privado disponível com um custo de 5 euros ! Quando contactada a pessoa responsável, esta cobra 10 euros por dia informando que a página do booking é que não estava atualizado! Aquando da realização da reserva constavam lá 5euros e não os 10.

Excelente localização com um terraço incrível

Excelente localização! O terraço com vista mar é incrível. A casa tem todas as comodidades necessárias, das casas alugadas mais completas em que já estive. Tudo tem muito boa qualidade.

Muito difícil estacionar perto para cargas e descargas, o facto de ser um 4o andar sem elevador também complica um pouco a subida e descida com malas.

Amazing apartment

Wonderful apartment. We loved the outside terrace and top terrace. Beds are extremely comfortable. Clean and modern. Well equipped. Fab location but still quiet.

A wonderful family holiday in beautiful Sesimbra

Great location with a fabulous view from the balcony. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, well decorated.

Nothing really- there were lots of stairs to the top but we didn’t mind those- worth it for the view!

Beautiful apartment, Fantastic location, Amazing host!

Extraordinary ordinary holiday apartment! The location is really good, right in the middle of the historic city, close to the shops and restaurants. Even the bakery is a two minute walk up the street. But more importantly, Silvia is an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We fell in love with Sessimbra, and when we come back, we will definitely try and come back to Blue Bay Beach Apartment

A well thought out, purpose-built design. Met our needs and exceeded expectations.

the stairs to the top floor might be a deterrent for some, as well as the suggested parking spot, blocks away from the apartment This may not be be the best pic for someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

Very Nice

Beautiful view, very conveniently located near restaurants, bakery and corner store. The beds were comfortable, the decor was nice and the unit was well equipped.

Other than a problem with the air-conditioning unit in the living room everything was good. There are also AC units in the bedrooms. The apartment is a 4 story walkup but we were prepared and only had in-flight luggage.

peaceful and homely

A very homely apartment, very well appointed and well proportioned rooms.

The only thing that was an issue was that it was on the 4th floor and no lift. the stairs were fairly narrow which made carrying suitcases up to the room challenging.

There was a water leakage from the rain in the main bedroom on top of the bed on our last night and we told the owner ab

Location, views and cleanliness.

There is no lift and it is 4th floor. Car park isn’t close to the build and it is really hard to find a space close to the build specially for the luggages. We had two bad experiences, one day there was no electricity which wasn’t the owner’s fault and it did come in the end of the day and on our last day it did leak water from the rain in the main bedroom on top of our bed and contacted the owner at 16h and she only replied at 21h saying it was too late to offer other solution and we should be glad for the price she made for us and we still had another bedroom when we have 2 kids.

Modern - very clean - great outside space - well equipped apartment.

Great property had no issues at all but a general information leaflet would be helpful with information about the appliances and just local info such as location of bins. No kettle ! only coffee maker 😔 maybe it’s a British necessity.
