The location was close to the event I attended
The outside walkways where the ice machine was very nasty and had discarded trash in the same stop my whole stay! Also the lighting was not great too dark in breezeways leading to stairs. I asked for a downstairs room and was told I look fit enough to walk up stairs and was refused a downstairs room

Convenient location and reasonable price
It was a hot day and no air had been left on in the room. Thermostat read 84 when I entered. Cleaning person/people did not meet expectations. Old dried food left in refrigerator. Dirt in sink. Microwave dirty. Heavy smoke smell in room even though it was supposedly non smoking. Urine smell in stairwell.
