Location great, and very reasonable price with breakfast included, although not what was advertised. Comfy bed and wifi worked. They replaced water and toiletries daily.
Breakfast was advertised when I booked as full English breakfast...it was not. Fried eggs or an omelet were available if requested. But breakfast was definitely Vietnamese.

Location, very close to the shops and beach. Room was clean and a good size. Pool was quite small but clean and quiet during our stay.
Noise. At 0730 the property next door started work, every morning except a Sunday. Very loud drilling, hammering not relaxing at all. The breakfast had an ok choice but limited on fruit. Cheese and jam would have been nice as only eggs for Europeans. The room had a few teething problems but we're rectified quickly.
