De rustige en landelijke plek. Het huisje is zeer gezellig ingericht. Goede bedden. Vriendelijke host. De auto kun je achter de poort parkeren. Het huisje is zeer schoon.

It was in a beautiful setting, tranquil garden, peaceful village location. A friendly pub qithin walking distance. A lovely walk near by to the moors with hotel rea rooms enroute.
Accommodation was very peaceful and cosy. All our needs were catered for.
The steps were steep into the hayloft although ok for us. Parking was not accessible when another car was parked at the other cottage for our Audi Q5 car to get through.So we had to park on the road at the front.

Not York! Lastingham, in the North Yorkshire Moors. Great destination for walks. Great Pub in village. Best to book a table if you want food. Pickering has a Lidl, 7 miles away.
Knives are a bit blunt. If you want the wood burner for heat you will have to supply Fire Lighters and matches. Wood is provided. (There is electric heating)

Great location, very friendly host
Bed was very hard, blinds on windows broken, kitchen sink taps corroded and had sharp edges, basin waste broken and had sharp parts exposed.
